Alexis Kerr is currently the Head of Multicultural Marketing at Cadillac, where she works to further diversify the brand through creative strategies and managing Corporate Social Responsibility and Music efforts. She continues to take the lead as a Marketing Professional and has shown proven success in Sales, Operations, and Customer Service in high growth environments. She previously served as Cadillac’s Head of Operations for “BOOK by Cadillac” at their New York City global headquarters. It was in this position that she was asked to create and lead the Customer Experience team. This opportunity expanded her sphere of influence with General Motors Operations as a whole into the Middle East, with a heavy focus on new initiatives in Dubai. From there she began training the dealer body of Saudi Arabia and seven other Middle Eastern countries. Alexis Kerr is a New York native but currently resides in the Detroit area, and is passionate about international travel and blogging, wellness, and her community. Her most recent accomplishment was her opportunity to manage and lead the creative agency execution of the 2021 Cadillac Escalade reveal short film with the Academy Award Winning Filmmaker, Spike Lee.
