Small-business owners and entrepreneurs have been forced to make life changing decisions to try to salvage their businesses. The inspiration for this talk is to help small businesses reimagine their business and navigate global economic crises like they did during the 2008 recession. The coronavirus pandemic has created a new magnitude of economic uncertainty for black businesses. Cadillac has made a commitment to small businesses and they want to share some of what they have in the pipeline.
